Further Registration Speed-up

There are clear intentions to reveal if any ways of speeding up the registration algorithm do exist. A little more work needs to be invested in reorganisation of the code and avoidance of unnecessary operations, especially within the MATLAB general optimiser. That general optimiser that to make senseless decisions at times^10.5. Some reference to this kind of problem was covered in Section on present work.
