I came to ISBE where I can open Word files and I can now see your situation. I
guess you are still sticking with WinME which is a horrible premature
release. If you decide to re-install Outlook, then you should also look into
the possibility of changing operating systems. Even a computer professional
could not offer a permanent solution to an operation in Outlook which crashes
the Windows Kernel. This is definitely Micro$soft's fault.
