have you tried re-installing? When I downloaded it last (2+ years
ago), it was
from a small and obscure page offering the Win32 port. I can't be sure
if the
build has been updated since, but my bookmark points to:

The page looks different from the way I remember it, or perhaps I got a
different port from a different page.
2+ years ago, you weren't trying the newly released 1.3.6.
I've got Ruurd's 1.3.4 running fine (and it supports HWR on my pen
slate running Windows w/ is way cool) --- I was just hoping to update,
but haven't had much luck yet.
