I would like to propose a feature, which I think can be helpful to many. Why
not take advantage of the SQL database (the one used to record conversations)
and make it searchable? Sometimes I seek to use an answer that I already
provided in the past. Due to privacy motives, you might also want to force
something like [code]"WHERE STAFF=CURRENT_LOGIN"[/code]
Such search forms were extensively used in the NIC database...
