Send a complaint to Digg [Digg Feedback <feedback@xxxxxxxx> ]. They
are actually very responsive. They eliminated about 4 account of
forgers of my profile and even if they don't reply, they investigate
and take action in order to improve quality and keep the community in
a healthy state.
