Automatic Browser Refresh: Can This Be Done?

I am using either IE, Mozilla or Konqueror to view HTML files. I prefer
editing them on Linux so Mozilla and Konqueror take precedence in this
case.

But here is my problem: how can I get a preview while editing an HTML file
in a text editor? There must be a way to get the browser to refresh every X
seconds... or so I assume. Maybe you can come up with a trick or some
script?
