My opinion is given at haste, but I don't think it's possible to upgrade,
not in a simple way anyway. The O/S is built onto the PDA, possibly in ROM.
If not, there might be some compatibility issues too to worry about.
If you think about downloading the most recent version, I think you need to
give up. It's almost definitely possible to upgrade, but not trivially.
