It would be extremely useful to have a search facility and tags assigned to
images. A collection of random/hierarchically-sorted photos is not of much
value in practice.
As a photobank I currently use is stock.xchng (
http://www.sxc.hu/browse.phtml ). Most (around half) of the photos there
are contributed by photographer and are have no copying restrictions.
