Noah Lite is a free English-English dictionary that comes with packages of
words that are <1 MB, ~2 MB and ~5 MB in size. It finds all the words that
I am looking for (with 2 MB it sometimes fails, but with 5 MB it's nearly
flawless).
freewarepalm.com is probably where you'll find it...
