DateBK5 *DOES* use high resolution... Try looking at the YEAR view.
Those dates are freekin tiny. Also, Datebk5 comes with low resolution
icons by default, but will display high resolution icons if you get a
replacement set. search palmgear for ICONS.

For the most part, DateBK5 is low-res in order to be compatible with
almost EVERY palmOS device ever made, but there are some hi-res
features.
