Oops. You can imagine what I had in mind when I thought of that Windows
logo. Must be a Freudian slip...

Truly, not all keyboard have that button, but most Windows machine do. The
context menu button is also very common. This comes to show that Microsoft
haven't taken control of keyboard layouts, yet.
