IBL Update

I can spot an IBL update in 3 separate domains of mine. This was definitely
not so when Borek pointed out his change yesterday.

I am working on an automated way of keeping track of IBL's (syndicating or
using cron jobs with an output). If this succeeds, I'll post it here.
