Some people would argue that BackupBuddy < http://www.backupbuddy.com/ > is
worth the investment.

I have been happily using the free Red Feline Backup <
http://www.redfelineninja.dsl.pipex.com/software/rfbackup.html >. It allows
me to remain calm even if I haven't synchronised for a day or two. Back up
memory, take out SD card, put in other pocket if paranoid.
