If you are referring to weight training, such 'calorie charts' would be
idiotic (no offence intended). There are too many factors to consider, e.g.
weight of the person, weight of the machine, the way in which an exercise
is carried out, the weight resistance, the person's effort which is
practically put in, metabolism, etc.

Oh, and by the way, these 'burned calories' counters on cardio-vascular
equipment -- that's bull too. But people like it. Nothing else to do...

Do the exercise without worrying about the arithmetic. There are plenty of
more pleasant things to ponder as you go.
