-Go to the items you want changed, move it to the first week of February
2006.
-Hit 'Details' -> 'Repeat' -> 'Month'.
-Set it to recur every 12 months.
-Repeat by Day.
-The caption below should now say "The 1st X of every 12 months (i.e.
year)".
