Don't  they do business with the devil? I, for once, praise them for pene-
trating a much-troubled company that is desperate for network reliability.
Maybe  they can teach Microsoft a thing or two and have them remove  /get-
thefacts.

I sure know how often that Exchange server crashes in our Division. That's
exactly why I moved all my E-mails elsewhere. I can't help smiling whenev-
er  the  server goes down and everyone whines about being unable to  fetch
mail.  Eventually, mail gets delivered after a long delay due to mail dae-
mons doubling the intervals between attempts. To ones who have to carry on
communicating for a living, this delay cannot be permitted.
