It is very irrelevant for a discussion that is professional or any concrete
confrontation. It can be amusing though. The article was ridiculed once
posted in Slashdot over a week ago. It started along the lines of a
vacation /somewhere/ for the sake of offshoring opportunities. Only later
someone pointed out that the 'exotic' place was in fact France. Would Mr.
Bush agree?
