*LOL* I actually meant to collectively refer to non-authorities, which
sometimes reside in 'exotic' places. A subdomain or an IP block of
RoadRunner, for example, would not be questionable. Neither would Ask
Jeeves or Inktomi.

To use some Slashdot humour, only old people in Korea request robotsxx.txt
instead of robots.txt. Slashdot 'subculturers' will know what I mean.
