Build a simple XML file (or save an existing one if you feel lazy). Run a
process that extends it every 3 seconds or less, simply adding (appending
an element) to the feed. John Bokma's suggestion is one which does it "the
right way", but for simplicity, use localhost.

I am sure that your software can handle that, but can the user handle that?
I hope it a bot, not a human. Or a bothuman...
