Fear is the wrong word. I wasnt sure what word to use actually. I had
another Ubuntu installation with KDE installed and the only problem I had
was that I used aptitiude to do the install (I like it better than apt-
get) and after that point, any atempts to use Aptitude resulted in it
wanting to uninstall KDE even if the package I was requesting to install
was unrelated. I could have gotten around it but it wasnt that important
at the time and that machine is no longer running Ubuntu at this time.
I dont want that on my production machine. I can avoid it by manually
installing rather than a one shot install kubuntu-desktop but I am fine
for now. Once Dapper is realeased I will liekly upgrade this box and put
a few DE/DM's on it.
