Never. Microsoft is well aware of the fact that users should be 'zombified'
to the point where mail=Outlook, code=Visual Studio, documents=Word and
Internet=Blue E. This facilitates a world where Exchange/Outlook
combinations are assumed and without some licences, no-one is able to
communicate in the enterprise. To use another example, how many people are
being sent proprietary Office files? It's all a trap. Microsoft wants not
only to be Big Brother. It wants to be Daddy. And daddy gives no sugar. He
only takes it.
