If they're being sued over a game controller, then it has to be Atari.
The Tramiel-era Atari made most of its money by using its patents to
sue companies and force them to settle. The best case example of this
was when Atari sued Sega over the Sega Genesis' 9-pin controller input.
The 9-pin controller input was created by Atari for the Atari 2600,
dating back to the earliest 2600 units in 1977. I think Atari also
patented the analog controller with the Atari 5200's controller.
