It seems like a usual day in a Windows world. A healthy combination of BSoD
and a teenage technical support guy.
Tech support: Go to "Start", then click on "Log off"
Lady: Start to log off?!?! I would have never guessed it. It's
counter-intuitive.
Tech support: And then be sure to run Scandisk.
Lady: Why? Can't Windows take care of and maintain its own internal
intricacies? Linux never did this to me!
