Tell Microsoft to stop phoning the OEM's whenever they step up and support
preinstalled Linux [1]. You have left out HP, which is seeing a sharp rise
in earnings under the new management. HP is somewhat ahead in terms of
support for Linux. IBM likewise (and it will put even /more/ weight behind
it).
