Under the accepted definition of SPAM, Roy's posts would have to display at
least two qualities:
1. Subject matter off topic
2. Self-serving soliciting content.
Roy's posts, therefore do not fall under the criteria of SPAM
classification; unless, of course, you are an invasive COLA wintroll, in
which case you have no business than to mind your own business.
Tell your MS boss to give you another assignment.
