Many of these 'tricks' will fortunately not be honoured. One of the merits of
the documentation and discussions in Groklaw, for example, is that you get a
trail of UNIX methods. Patent trolls will not stand a chance of pulling a
fast one in an age of Google and some darn good indexing of information
(words and patterns rather).
