True. I guess the Neil McAllister ponders the possibility of closing it
again. Or maybe he drafted the article before the recent developments. Today
in TechWorld I saw the following:

That's last week's news. On Friday, if I recall correctly, the two decided to
collaborate, which makes this news deceiving. I guess it also has an effect
on Computer World's credibility. Unless, of course, the discussion there was
more hypothetical, rather than news. I have not read it beyonf thew first
paragraph...
