Are you thinking about the term "cusp"? I don't OSS it has passed it yet. But
it's just about there. ODF, OLPC and Ubuntu do some real magic at the
moment. But sheesh. Microsoft spends a lot of money hiding this from the
press, as well as people's minds. Similarly, Windows advocates and user love
to think that if Linux was popular, it would have had viruses and Malware.
Microsoft would /like/ people to believe that, too. How convenient. What an
investment-worthy FUD.
