I warmheatedly agree. I have been using LyX since I was 19 (never touch
Office/Word-type bloat) and it barely involved a learning curve. There are
some 'tricks' for getting what you see (WYSIWYG backwards), but all in all,
here you have a free, interoperable program that produces beautiful
documents with semantics (structure).
