Hmmmm... I wonder if s/he's stuck in a loop. That cycle can be frustrating.
Been running this box for over 3 years without any issues... to be fair, I
also ran Windows 95 for many years without ever wiping it. Friends of mine
were far less fortunate. An install would last for months before it was
"time to reboot", as Ballmer referred to Vista's "development collapse".
