a long time ago i would use kwrite, as it had syntax highlighting, but
somethings are just not as efficient in kwrite as they are in vim, or
vi for that matter.
also, kwrite is limited to platforms, vim is available everywhere, so
if someone wants me to look at something on their computer i can always
do that with vim, rather than hurt myself using something else.
