Clearly, the French are fed up. I'm happy to see them taking action. This
will set precedence. Remember the jouranalist (David Ferguson, IIRC) who
came here to complain about monoculture in laptops? Heater addressed Belguim
with a letter and created a stir in the mainstream media. I suspect that
Dell's new Open Source laptop is the outcome of thatrit who got his O/S tax
refund and put Dell in a dangerous situation which had class action-scale
action taken against them... now Acer face some similar pressure...
