Sounds familiar? Will they actually bother to carefully test the patches? How
many times in the past has Microsoft sabotaged other people's (third-party)
software compatibility/function when it resided on Windows or, as in this
case, another platfrom under its control (even deliberately at times))? I
think they faced the court for that too. IBM comes to mind; Vista will prove
to be another prime example; I heard stories about WordPerfect as well.

Microsoft makes a Basic mistake with Office 2007

Microsoft fixes Windows security patch
