How, precisely, does anyone, other than Apple and Microsoft, know where the
icon came from? Perhaps they were both purchased from some commercial Icon
vendor, like IconFactory?
And again, I find it highly ironic that of all people, *YOU* criticize
people for copying images and using them on their own web site.
