Open source conference opens in Paris next month

| Breton stated: "Considering the importance of the software industry
| in the New Economy, and considering the dynamism of our research,

| wish to regroup all talents and skills in a pool of competitiveness
| for the free software and open source market in France and Europe."

| "Specific teams within the Ministry are already collaborating
| closely with key players, and things are shaping up quickly, in
| order to finalize a certification in the next two months," he added.
