My standing policy is not to to touch any Microsoft operating system
until 2 years after it has shipped.  I did that with Windows 2000,
finally buying a new computer in 2002.  I've never dealt with XP.  I
have no desire for Vista.  If I can get some viable game development
going on the PS3, it may precipitate my final exodus from Windows.  I
like my Windows 2000 box just fine though, so I'll keep it alive for
the interim.
