False. As Borek pointed out, UseNet is mirrored on people's computers,
possibly Web sites, as well as an news servers. UseNet is UseNet. Google
Groups is just one among many gateways to UseNet. Unlike other gateways,
however, it tends to store and index /everything/, even messages that are
not in any way affiliated with it.
