Well, supposedly he wants to sell not directly to the consumer (who could
not afford a $100 anything) but to their governments; he would sell in bulk
and they would distribute the laptop.
Therefore, it's more like an all-or-nothing deal. Either governments will
sign on to buy the thing, or not.
