By conincidence, I was looking for the same thing a couple of days ago:

~/.kde/share/apps/kabc

Directory contains:

  lock  logos  photos  sounds  std.vcf

std.vcf is is a long appended list of your contacts in VCF format, which is
very standard. For what it's worth, I also investigated Address Book of
Thunderbird (my utmost concern).

~/.thunderbird/<JUNK>.default/abook.mab

Format is more obscure, but Thunderbird allows address book data to be
exported in many different standard formats.
