You need to call Dell, prove to them that you are the owner of record
of that machine, and they will give you a back-door password.
You should also be able to drain the battery on the motherboard (not
recommended) or find the jumper on the methoerboard which resets (clears)
the password. This requires knowledge of how to open up your laptop though.
Again, not recommended unless you are an engineer or are willing to take the
risk.
