They will need to come up with some bogus accusations first. IIRC, the judge
pretty much insulted SCO over the nature of the claims they made. It was
merely FUD all along. Think about Ballmer's words on "owing it to the
investors", referring to IP. It scares IT managers and deters them from
choosing Linux. No more though. These grey clouds are gone with the wind, so
you can open up your windows (or even break your Windows).
