It's CafePress -- a popular Web site for making customised mugs, clothing and
the like to suit your brand name or preferences. This caps could have been
made by anyone by uploading an image. Notice the fact that it was wrapped
onto the mockup image rather than embedded. Thus, it doesn't even exist
until somebody orders it.
