Gwenview  is quite closely integrated with Konqueror in  the
version of SUSE that I have at home. This means that you can
quickly  switch  from the file manager to the photo  manager
(see the top or sidebar) and then rotate with a single click
at the toolbar. Another possibility is a package like FSpot,
or even Google's Picasa.
