The author of this tripe is obviously a marketing neophyte. He is
applying his notion of common sense to the situation and ignoring the
conventional wisdom as taught in every B-School in the land. He has the
sort of arrogance common to the techno-dweebs in believing that their
"insight" is somehow superior to the regular people. Well the man
doesn't know jack shit about the business, obviously, and will still be
wondering 10 years from now as to why people are still buying Windows
and shunning linux.
