| Novell signed a deal last year with the Education Ministry which lets
| schools buy Suse Linux and other Novell software at low prices - similar
| to the ministry's arrangement with Microsoft. Mr Christie says more than
| 100 smaller schools have now deployed servers running Suse. Other Suse
| clients include Telecom, Orion Health and the Inland Revenue Department.
| He expects the latest release of the desktop version of Suse to make
| inroads on to schools' desktops, currently Microsoft territory.
