SQL Server is going to account for a big chunk of Microsoft's
legitimacy in the server space. The strength of major enterprise software
components like an RDBMS is very significant. This means that large numbers
of server installations are free to choose Unix (or not) because the
associated software runs on something other than Windows. Apps and RDBMS
software tend to be closely linked and both are linked to enterprise
appservers.

Both Oracle and DB2 need to be on this map.

If you are going to judge Linux based on how easy
it is to get onto a Macintosh. Let's try installing |||
