It's a prime target for DDOS attack, so I wouldn't be surprised if that
played a role. Microsoft sites moved from BSD to Windows server a few years
ago.
The "(c)2004" might be an implication of optimism. If /I/ can remember to
change all timestamps on January 1st, why can't the one of the Net's
heaviest traffic hubs?
