This was more or less the motive for posting this. People look at money,
money, money and the corresponding placement of Windows servers. When it
comes to numbers, Windows is less than prevalent. It's merely an illusion.
Sales are no indication of the share of servers 'in the wild'. Count of
heads (total number of functional servers) is difficult to gauge in a
study/survey.
