Hey Davémon,
You mean Google's toolbar, which potentially 'phones home'? Use GoogleBar. It
is better than Google's own toolbar, function-wise?
Are you also thinking about these spying MeasureMap (now Google) and Urchin
(Analystics) JavaScripts (among others)? Use NoScript. And flush these
cookies every now and then. *smile*
