A lot of work there, roy, but not much content!  LOL!!!

As to brain-dead or small or whatever it was you were trying to get 
across, how is it that a PhD like yourself would think that a momentous 
decision to drastically alter policy would just leak out to some obscure 
flack overhearing a conversation of sorts at some equally obscure 
gathering of folk that the policy was advantageous to?   Or where you 
imply that Michael Dell, speaking in public as to the product direction 
of his huge corporation in regard to a linux preference statistic that 
he was certainly privy to, would lie and so mislead the public and his 
stockholders?

You need to regather your thoughts or else buy a higher quality forms 
chart.
